Refund and Cancellation Policy

Big Faith Consulting is committed to transparency and compliance with all applicable U.S. laws governing credit repair and business funding services. This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations and refunds in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1679–1679j, and other relevant regulations.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act:

  • Three-Day Cancellation Period:

    You have the right to cancel your contract with us without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date you sign the agreement.

    • Your cancellation notice must be postmarked or emailed before midnight of the third business day following the contract signing.

    Refund Policy

    • Full Refund: If you cancel within the three-day cancellation period, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
    • No Refunds After Services Rendered: If services have been fully performed and completed, and the three-day cancellation period has passed, refunds are not available.
    • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Refund requests outside of the standard policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at support@bigfaithconsulting.com for assistance.

    Compliance with Federal Laws

    • No Advance Fees: In compliance with CROA, we do not charge advance fees for credit repair services. Payment is only collected after services have been rendered.
    • Truthful Representation: We do not make false or misleading statements about our services, as prohibited by CROA and enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
    • Written Contracts: All agreements are provided in writing, detailing the services to be performed, payment terms, and your rights, including the right to cancel.
